In Memory

Marc Repetti

Apparently Marc was murdered in a staged suicide.

After reading the articles, I draw the same conclusion his mother did, the Military botched the investigation.

I was good friends with Marc in 9th and 10th grade. In the 9th grade we had every class together and had a blast every day. This is what Marc wrote in my yearbook for that year."Jeff, It's been great having you in every class even though we have had our fights you'll be my friend forever".Rest in peace buddy and the friends forever goes both ways.

I was in "R" homeroom with Marc for HS. Three years of Mrs. Gibbons - she was a patient lady. Marc was a good guy -- I remember a great smile and great sense of humor. Rest in peace.

I din't really know Marc but just by him joining the military, it shows what type of person he is.

When I was on a rescue squad, we had plenty of calls out on the Navy base. These guys would be all busted up and no one would say what happened. If the guy could talk, he usually just said he fell.

I also read the article and agree with his mom.

Marc was a great guy. Very intense, very motivated. These are some of the traits that brought him to the very high position he achieved before his death.I too had to serve as Staff Duty Non Commissioned officer overseeing the entire Battalion and feel the investigation was mishandled. For no one to have heard a shot fired is ludicrous, there are always Marines in the area. Marc aspired to the highest, and most sought after position in the Marines, a Marine Drill Instructor. We will all miss you Marc, semper fi.
