Tammy Johnson, 47 of Union Beach, NJ, died on February 16, 2013 in Long Branch, NJ . She was born in Long Branch, NJ and lived in Union Beach, NJ. Tammy worked as a Receptionist for Plaza Unisex in Hazlet. She was a member of St. Catherine's Church.
Surviving are her husband of 21 years, Jerry Johnson; her granddaughter, Alexis Christine Twigg; her four sisters, Denise and her husband Steve Meyers, Bernadette Alexander, Jane and her husband Christopher Hussey, and Holly Alexander; her brother, William Alexander, Jr.; her parents, William and Barbara Alexander, Sr.; and the Twigg Family.
Tammy was preceded in death by her son, Alexander Twigg (2005).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 17 from 7 to 9 pm at the John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, February 18 at 8:15 am at the funeral home. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered at St. Catherine Laboure Church, 110 Bray Ave., Middletown on Monday at 9:30 am. Burial will follow at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown.
