Jenny Lynn Costello 46, Tampa, died Aug. 21, 2012, in Pasco County. Born in Washington, D.C. she moved to Tampa from Middletown, NJ in 1983. She graduated from USF, the Police Academy of Montgomery County, MD, and later served as a Probation Officer in Tampa. Survived by her parents, Jack and Nancy Coltrain, Clearwater; brothers Marc Coltrain of Largo and Steven Coltrain of Eatontown, NJ; twin daughters Kathryn and Carissa and son, Ryan of Tampa. She was a wonderful mother and daughter and a "shining light" who will be sorely missed by her family and those who knew her. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association .
