I remember having had great times with Chris and hanging out at school. Definately a cool guy. My first trip to Atlantic City was with him and Mike Brandshagen, we were just 18. I was very saddened today learning of his passing. My condolences to his wife, children and brother Rick.

Chris was my friend since 7th Grade. We didn't hang out often as we got older and drifted our separate ways. Despite all that I always considered him a good friend and have many great memories. I only wish I would have taken up the offers of hanging out with him these past several years. Warning to all..DON'T put off for tomorrow what you can do today. No matter how long it has been...make that call, send that email or for some of the people who like to "kick it old school"....mail that letter!
If you would like to see some pix of Chris during the summer of 83 please check out my profile. If you would like to share some stories or hear some of mine, send me a PM.

I was really touched when I heard about Chris's death. I hadn't seen him since high school but still, it really saddened me to know he was gone. We were in the same homeroom all through high school and we hung out a lot junior year. He called me "Linder" and I called him "Christer" and I would drive him home and we would blast Foreigner "Juke Box Hero". I think of him every time I hear that song. I wrote to his widow and told her a favorite story about Chris and I that I have shared with my kids and she told me that he told that story too. That gave me some comfort. Rest In Peace My Friend.
