Billy and I go way back. He hung out with my brother Carlo. Billy was the most kind hearted person I had ever known. We kept in touch after he got married. He moved to Florida, and started his family. But as the years went on Billy just got worse. He had a heart attack, and had open heart surgery. I guess being a diabetic your whole life puts a toll on you. We got to see Billy a year before he passed away. He was a great DAD and husband. I was proud to have had him as my FRIEND. Billy was like a brother to me. If anyone knew him you would know where I'm coming from. Billy will be missed. We love you Billy. REST IN PEACE. Love YOUR FRIEND Sharon.
